In these days the world celebrates the 20th anniversary of Agile Manifesto! Like the discovery of fire, agricultural and industrial (R)Evolutions, it will take time to get many onboard, establish new cultures, let new languages emerge, affirm a new civilisation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

While agile coaches will lead the transformation, Kent Beck -first signatory of the Agile manifesto- reminds us there will be some primate behaviour resisting the changes, and he does it with style and simplicity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
