They need to figure out if they are willing to change their behavior to achieve a desirable outcome.<\/em><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; color: inherit;\"><em>For example, if you\u2019re a product company and you have rising costs, and your returns are negligible or declining, you probably need to change the way you\u2019re creating and designing products. Before making these changes, change the culture.
